Mr. McGloin, orginally from Richmond, Virginia, joined Medalist as an Analyst in May 2025. Prior to joining Medalist, he was a part of the Commercial Banking Analyst Program at Ally Bank, where he specialized in deposit pricing, credit card analytics, and fraud transformation. 

He earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina in 2022. 

Outside of work, he enjoys fishing, golfing, surfing, and both playing and watching sports.
